Where can I drop the car off?
The rental vehicle may be returned to the same location you are collecting it from, or to another Avis location - whichever is specified and available at time of booking. A one-way fee will be incurred if the collection and return locations are different. To find out about this cost, please visit online the

Can I return the car outside office hours?
Opening times vary for each location. It is possible to drop the car off once the office has closed, but please check with the our station direct beforehand.
If I bring the car back early can I have a refund?
You'll only have to pay for the time you take the car - charged in periods of 24 hours with a 59 minute grace period. For example over 25 hours counts as 2 days while 24 hours and 59 minutes counts for as 1 day.
What about payment?
Payment is due on return of the rental vehicle, and will include any additional services and charges incurred, subject to a final audit. Payment can be made using an Avis accepted credit card*. Please check with your Avis location in advance should you prefer to pay by cash or cheque.
