Does insurance cost extra?
Your rental quote will include the basic insurances. You can purchase additional insurances if required. Just ask at the rental desk when you collect your car. Detailed information on insurances is provided under Rental Information or/and Terms & Conditions - All Countries located under the section Get a Quote on this websit

Am I covered for liability?
All our vehicles in Greece are automatically covered for Third Party Liability, as required by law. This is included in your rental price.

Can I insure against vehicle damage?
Most rental prices include cover for vehicle damage - Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). If it is not already included in your rental price, then Collision Damage Waiver is available to purchase at the rental desk. You can confirm what's included in your rental price at time of booking or by checking with the CAR RENTAL location. If your rental does not cover you for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or for Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW), then you will be responsible for the cost of repair up to the buying value of the car, regardless of whether you were at fault.
If you are covered for CDW or/and Super CDW, then you will only need to pay an excess for the cost of repair, again regardless of whether you were at fault. Please read more online by selecting Terms & Conditions - All Countries, which is located under the Get a Quote tab.

Can I purchase personal accident insurance?
If required, you can purchase Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) when you collect your car.
Should you have an accident, this will cover the driver for accidental death, medical expenses and assistance and rescue. Super Personal Accident Insurance (SPAI) provides a higher level of accident cover, plus cover for personal effects and baggage. Can I purchase insurance for baggage and personal effects?
No - baggage and personal effects cannot be covered by any insurance.
